Our Purpose
The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) is responsible for addressing legal issues arising out of the activities of Stanford University, Stanford Health Care, Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley, Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford and the Hospitals' physician foundations. Led by its Vice President and General Counsel, Debra L. Zumwalt, and its Deputy General Counsel and Managing Attorney, Jennifer Zimbroff, the office consists of in-house attorneys and support staff partnering with outside law firms.
