Mark Tannahill

Mark Tannahill is an Investment Attorney specializing in business law related matters. Prior to joining Stanford, Mr. Tannahill was an associate in the corporate department of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in Palo Alto.

Mr. Tannahill received his B.S. from the University of California, Davis, with highest honors, and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, summa cum laude. At Santa Clara, Mr. Tannahill was a comments editor of the Santa Clara Law Review and a member of Order of the Coif.
