Stanford Files Amicus Brief in the U.S. Supreme Court in the Harvard and University of North Carolina Affirmative Action Cases

On August 1, 2022, Stanford joined MIT, IBM, and Aeris Communications in filing an amicus brief in the U.S. Supreme Court in the Harvard and University of North Carolina affirmative action cases.  The brief highlights the importance of race-conscious, holistic selection processes to achieve (among other things) diversity in STEM programs at selective colleges and universities, and to create a pipeline of diverse talent in STEM.
