    • The Office of the General Counsel accepts service of all (valid) subpoenas and summons served on the University or related healthcare entities at the following address:

    • If you or your department receives a subpoena or other court order, please note the date and time in which it was received, as well as the method in which it was delivered (e.g., in person, via email, etc.), and send it to the Office of the General Counsel.  If you need more information or have any questions on this topic, please call our Office main line at 650-723-9611.
